Data handled by this site

Visitors can browse and download without an account. The application does not use advertising, visitor analytics, external fonts or third-party embeds. It does not ask visitors for personal information.

The server processes connection information needed to deliver and protect the service. Server access and error logs may contain IP addresses, request paths, dates, browser information and response status. The current Nginx configuration rotates logs daily and keeps 14 rotated logs; this is not a guarantee about copies held in backups or by the hosting provider.

Administrator access

The administrator account stores a username and a password hash. A necessary session cookie keeps the administrator signed in. A temporary hash of an IP address and attempt counts are used to limit sign-in attempts. These records expire from the active limiter after 15 minutes and are removed on subsequent sign-in requests.

Published files and messages

The library stores files selected by the administrator along with filenames, sizes, media types and upload dates. Files are public until removed. Do not assume an unlisted download link is private. If you email us, your email provider and ours process that message, and we use it to handle your request.

Purposes and your requests

Connection and security data are used to provide the site and protect it from abuse. Where applicable, these purposes rely on legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal data, object to processing or raise a concern. Rights depend on applicable law, and you may complain to the competent data protection authority.
